What if I Just need a logo?
Logos are important for showcasing your business easily, but my system is meant to equip you with a guide and tools that will create a cohesive and robust brand strategy for you. Your audience will recognize you beyond your logo.
How long will it take for my project to be completed?
Depending on the scale of the project, it can be between 2 - 8 weeks. Any rush services will have additional fees.
Projects are booked 1-3 months in advance and are first come first served.
What about costs?
Services begin after your non-refundable deposit has been received - 30% of total service costs. Need some more flexibility? Cost can be split into 3 payments
What about other projects?
If you’re interested in my other services such as illustration or UX prototyping these are separate from my branding packages and can be requested at any time - ask me about it!
What should we expect once we decide to work with you?
Well thanks, glad to know you’re curious about working together! If you decide to use my services after our free consultation, you’ll receive a proposal and quote for the scope of services, an invoice for a non-refundable deposit and sign a services contract to secure your slot.
You’ll then receive my Brand Exploration Guide to guide our decision making through the brand development and execution phase (AKA Homework!)
We’ll have our new client kick-off meeting and regular follow ups on progress until we reach the final phases of your brand design where your final products will be sent/transferred to you.
My system is meant to leave my clients well-equipped to run their business long after we’ve parted ways. I end my service with a tutorial on how to manage their site (if your services included one) and how to access your files.
